Trial Operation of The FIG Donkey-hide Gelatin Cake Production Line

     FIG and Donkey-hide gelatin paste is an innovative health tonic food. It is based on the traditional donkey-hide gelatin cake and adds FIG, an important ingredient, thus forming a modern paste that combines deliciousness and dual health benefits.

     The "moistening" effect of donkey-hide gelatin and the "laxative" effect of figs are perfectly combined, making it particularly suitable for modern people who have both blood deficiency and anemia and are troubled by constipation. The traditional donkey-hide gelatin cake is prone to causing internal heat and constipation, but the addition of figs just neutralizes this drawback.

     Today, our client came to our factory to conduct a trial operation of the FIG donkey-hide gelatin paste production line.

     This production line includes sugar boiling, stirring, block cutting and shaping, and packaging.

1. Sugar boiling: Dissolve the syrup in a sugar boiling pot.

2. Stirring: Precisely mix the FIG pulp, sugar, and other food additives according to the formula.

3. Cutting and shaping: Spread the concentrated fruit paste evenly, cool it to room temperature and let it solidify. Cut the large soft cake into small pieces of standard shape and weight.

4. Packaging: Use pillow packaging to pack the cut FIG donkey-hide gelatin paste.
